30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Supps®. That’s why we offer a simple 30-day return policy — no fuss, no hassle.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns of any product that has been opened, tampered with, or used in any way.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@suppsgummies.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us using a tracked shipping service.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
